SPOILER ALERT:
If you follow my prose at all, you'll know a little about Aidan and this is a story set right at the very end of his life, just a quick snapshot of his grief and his frame of mind when his wife passes away. I really liked this story, liked how it came out, because as we writers are wont to do, we make our characters deal with our issues for us. Aidan, having lost his wife, is now faced with his mind desperately trying to save itself, by hallucinating that she's returned to him.
If you do read this, and you do like it, let me know. I love poetry, I think I'll always write it, but I'd like to stop using my devart account merely to vent and really showcase some of my passion for writing on here. As always, thanks for reading.

I am so glad I checked DDs today because they led me to you. I have a hard time finding prose of quality and interest on dA, but you've given me plenty to look through. I look forward to reading whatever poetry you have posted too.
